Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link so you can follow its journey to your door. You can also find your tracking details in your My Account area. Simply go to My Orders, select the relevant order and click on the Deliveries tab.
Standard Delivery Orders usually arrive within 2 to 4 working days. During busy periods, it may take a little longer, but we’ll always do our best to keep you informed along the way.
Next Day Delivery We offer a Next Day Delivery service via Evri. Orders must be placed before 4pm (Monday to Friday) to be eligible. Delivery usually takes 1 working days.
If you have an active BW+ subscription, it will be recognised at checkout when you enter your email address. Make sure you select the BW+ delivery option before completing your order, as it won’t be applied automatically.
