What does it cover?
- Theft or mis-delivery: If tracking shows delivered but you haven’t received your parcel, we’ll resend or refund within 3 working days.
- Damage during transit: If your item arrives damaged, we’ll quickly offer a solution.
- Loss during delivery: If tracking hasn’t updated for over 7 working days, we’ll resend or refund your order.
How do I use Protect My Order?
Simply select it at checkout. If a delivery issue occurs, contact our Customer Experience team, and we’ll investigate and resolve it quickly.
