We’re happy to help with returns, and the process will depend on where you placed your order. Here’s how to get started:
- Website orders:
If you ordered directly from our website, please use the Evri Returns Portal.
- Go to the Evri Returns site
- Enter the retailer's name: Warrior
- Add your Order ID and email address to begin your return
You can choose from the following return methods:
- Parcel Shop drop-off
- Locker drop-off
- Courier collection
Returns must be arranged within 14 days of the order ship date. Please ensure the item is unopened before returning.
- eBay orders: If you purchased through eBay, please initiate your return directly through your eBay account. Follow eBay’s return process to generate a return label and track the return status.
- Amazon orders:
Amazon orders must be returned through Amazon’s own system.
To check whether the item was fulfilled by Amazon or by us, go to your Amazon Orders page. Under each item, you’ll see:
- “Sold and fulfilled by Amazon” (Amazon handles the return)
- “Sold by Warrior, fulfilled by Amazon” (Amazon still handles the return)
- “Sold and fulfilled by Warrior” (you can contact us directly for help)
If it was fulfilled by Amazon, you’ll need to start the return through the Amazon Return Centre.
- TikTok orders:
TikTok returns can be made through the TikTok platform.
- Go to your TikTok Shop orders
- Select the item you want to return
- Follow the prompts to submit your return request
