Discount code or gift card: what’s the difference?
- A discount code is a promo code, for example from one of our emails, our social channels or an ambassador. It takes money or a percentage off your order.
- A Team Warrior gift card is a prepaid balance. You’ll find its code in your gift card email, and it pays for some or all of your order, like cash.
They go in different places: discount codes can be added in your bag or at checkout, but gift cards can only be added at checkout (how to use a gift card).
Using a discount code
In your bag: open your bag (it slides out from the right of the screen), type your code into the ‘Discount code?’ box and click ‘Apply’. The saving shows in your total straight away.
At checkout: you can also enter it in the ‘Discount code or gift card’ box on the right-hand side of checkout and click ‘Apply’.
Using a gift card
Gift cards can’t be added in your bag; they go in at checkout. See How to use a Team Warrior gift card at checkout for step-by-step help.
Enter codes exactly as they appear, including any letters and numbers. You’ll see the discount or gift card amount come off your total before you pay.
