Discount code or gift card: what’s the difference?
- A discount code is a promo code, for example from one of our emails, our social channels or an ambassador. It takes money or a percentage off your order.
- A Team Warrior gift card is a prepaid balance. You’ll find its code in your gift card email, and it pays for some or all of your order, like cash.
They go in different places: discount codes can be added in your bag or at checkout, but gift cards can only be added at checkout.
How to use your gift card
Gift cards can’t be added in your bag: the ‘Discount code?’ box there only takes discount codes. Instead:
- Go to checkout.
- On the right-hand side, under your order, find the ‘Discount code or gift card’ box.
- Copy the code from your gift card email, paste it into the box and click ‘Apply’.
On a phone, tap ‘Order summary’ at the top of checkout to open it. The box is inside.
Make sure you enter the code exactly as shown, including any letters, numbers, or special characters.
