What is included in a variety pack?
A variety pack contains a random assortment of flavours from the available range. This means you may receive different combinations of flavours, and the exact contents of each box are not guaranteed.
How many flavours should be in a variety box?
Our variety boxes aim to include at least six different flavours per box. However, variations can occur depending on stock availability at the time your order is packed. This means the exact flavour mix may differ from box to box.
Why do the flavours vary?
Flavour selection depends on stock availability when your order is packed. To help us fulfil orders quickly and efficiently, we use whichever flavours are available at that time. As a result, two variety packs ordered at different times may not be the same.
What should I expect?
Your pack will include a random mix of flavours. The flavours may change between orders. We cannot guarantee specific flavours in a variety pack. If a flavour is out of stock, it may be replaced with another available flavour.
Can I choose the flavours in my pack?
Variety packs are pre-selected to provide a mixed assortment, so specific flavour requests are not possible. If you are looking for a particular flavour, please check whether it is available as a single-item purchase.
What if I am unhappy with my variety box?
If you are unhappy with the product, you can return it for a refund in line with our returns policy.
